Important Information
Upgrades & Downgrades

You can upgrade to a higher plan (Basic → Standard → Premium) at any time.

Downgrades are not available, as each plan involves different setup and configuration.
Billing & Payments

All monthly fees are invoiced in advance.

Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date.

Late Payments – If an invoice is not paid within 30 days:

A late fee of $50 may apply, and/or
-
Services (website hosting, email accounts) may be suspended until payment is received.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.

The one-time setup fee & monthly plan cost is non-refundable.

Domain names, Microsoft 365 licences, and other third-party services are billed until cancellation is confirmed
Ownership

You will own your domain and Microsoft 365 licences (registered in your name or business).

Website content created during setup is owned by you, but Wix platform licensing applies.
Support & Limitations

Helpdesk & Onsite Support Not Included – These plans do not include phone, remote, or onsite IT support.

Extra Support – If you require additional assistance (remote or onsite), this can be arranged at an additional cost. Pricing will depend on the time required and the complexity of your setup, as every site and device is different.
